Can I demo Yuhu Bots before signing the contract?
We get that sometimes you have to take a test drive to take the leap. This is why we offer a week free trail at no cost to you.
Do you offer a warranty?
Absolutely. We offer a variety of warranty terms to cover our comprehensive set of subscription and purchase types.

Will Yuhu Labs provide training to use the robots?
Of course. Our field operations team will be onsite for 2-3 days for installation and training to ensure Yuhu Bots is ready to go and work the way you want it too.

How long does installation take?
The installation process depends on the size of the space and how many robots you’re deploying. Usually just a couple of hours, though the Yuhu Labs Field Engineers team will stick with you, spending several serving periods to make sure the workflow process is stable and your servers are 100% satisfied.
Do I need an internet connection to operate Yuhu and Aya Bot?
To provide mapping, analytics, and instant feedback, Servi requires a high-speed internet connection. Not to worry – our field ops team will evaluate network quality during deployment and provide a standalone network if needed.

What is the maximum payload per each tray?
Maximum payload of each tray is the following:
Yuhu Bot's top and middle trays are 32 lbs // overall 130 lbs
Ayla bot's i: top tray is 45 lbs / overall 180 lbs
Rectangle tray accessory: 16.7 wide x 18.3 long (inches)
How do you charge Yuhu Bots?
Yuhu Robots will automatically return to their charging station when battery is low.
What is the battery life?
Your server bots average battery life is between 8 and 12 hours, and takes 4 -5 hours to fully recharge. They are also capable of quick charging for 1-2 hours during downtime for another 4-6 hours of operation!

Can I adjust the speed?
Yes. You can adjust between .1 to 1 m/s.
Can Yuhu Bots be used outdoors?
Unfortunately, Yuhu Bots is not currently design for outdoors. When we make updates for outdoor service, we will let you know!
